Is anyone from the ethnic minority facing discrimination either by exclusion or direct. I need to know as I am and need to know if anyone is facing the same problems I am facing working for Surrey County Council. Its time we aired our views and were presented as Surrey is not bothered about us and they do nothing even if you complain to the head. I say enough is enough, some might say leave, but leaving is not an option as others will face the same problems I have faced working for Surrey County Council which prides itself of being an equal opportunities employer! I wonder if anyone has faced the same please post your query and we will stand up for ourselves within an organisation that is so blinded to the difficulties faced by ethnic minority staff
