The course is intended for any woman member who would like to build her confidence at work, as a trade union representative and in all areas of her life. The course aims, through participative group work, to build women's confidence and will cover the following:

• Self-esteem
• Valuing our won ideas and opinions
• Assertiveness
• Speaking with confidence
• Challenging the status quo (particularly useful for women activists wanting to build their confidence when representing members)
